CCBall is a ceiling-mounted solo sparring trainer for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and home striking practice. A ball suspended from an elastic cord rebounds from a wall after impact, creating a returning target for solo striking training.

Solo Sparring is striking practice performed without a training partner while still requiring the practitioner to react to a moving target or returning stimulus. CCBall was designed to bring this type of interactive striking practice into home environments.

The wall provides the rebound. The cord keeps the ball in play.

Strike the ball towards the wall and it returns to you along a repeatable path. This creates a continuous striking exchange that allows you to practice timing, movement, target tracking, defence, positioning, and striking accuracy.

How much space do I need?

CCBall is designed for home use and works in relatively small spaces.

For most setups we recommend:

• Approximately 1–2 metres from the wall

• Standard residential ceiling height

• Enough room to move comfortably around your stance

Many users train in bedrooms, spare rooms, garages, apartments, and other compact environments.
