At CCBall, we want you to be confident in your purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it.

  • Be unused and free from excessive wear or damage.

  • Include all original components and packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement item, the quickest option is to return your original order and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain in substantially the same condition in which they were received and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
